• FABRICTION SHOP.

AL-HAISAM GROUP is experienced and equipped to handle heavy and light fabrication works such as tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, pipe spools, and light, medium & heavy structural steel. The fabrication shops are equipped with multiple EOT cranes, sophisticated plate rolling machines, shearing machines and plasma cutting machines to carry-out precision works.

Galvanizing.

AL-HAISAM GROUP is planning the industry’s most-preferred method of surface coating with one of Pakistan’s largest Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant. Its initial 6.5 M long diesel fired zinc kettle would be well supported by an additional 12.5 M long electrical heated zinc kettle. The plant would operates in three shifts to deliver over 600 tons of galvanized steel per month, and stands as a benchmark for the whole industry.

Grit Blasting

The Grit Blasting Plant is committed to the best surface preparations, while retaining the uncompromising dimensions of environmental safety. Located in Islamabad, this 8-Rotor Machine delivers a faster, cleaner and uniform surface finish; making it a favored process over the hazardous sandblasting.

Painting:

Value chain innovation is extremely important in a competitive environment. This farsighted belief was instrumental in the commencement of a Painting Shop and Air less painting machines for special paints along with the workshop facilities. The painting booth is integrated with our Grit Blasting Plant for structures required to be surface coated with specialty paints. 

• Machine Shop.

To support Fabrication Works, dedicated Machine Shops have been set-up alongside the Fabrication Units. AL-HAISAM GROUP understands the importance of state-of-the-art technology to carry out tool & dye works, horizontal/vertical boring, milling, radial drilling, surface grinding, lathe works and more. Hence we remain up-to-date in our technical resources.

The services also include manufacture and repair of oil field equipment like Machining of Drilling Equipment, Fishing Tool Repair, Hard Facing, Cutting Casing, Tubing & Wash pipe, Connections, pup joints, adapter spools, oilfield flanges- weldneck, blind, Hubs (Weld neck, Blind & Test, Choke& Kill lines/ Manifolds, Flow Couplings, Casing Tubing & Drill pipe, perforated joints, Tool Joints, Drill Collars, Wear bushings, Mud pumps (Maintenance, Repairing ), Tee, Elbow Reducer etc. Shafts, slots, threads, couplings, Gears etc. cast iron welding/ S.S Welding, M/S Welding and many more.

• PLANT & EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE WORK SHOP. 

AL-HAISAM GROUP offers full range of maintenance services focusing on preventive maintenance and problem analysis and with aim to extend life of Plants while minimizing cost and downtime.

There are certain approaches of maintenance as per client’s prescribed international standards.

• Preventive Maintenance (Periodic maintenance).
• Predictive Maintenance (Condition monitoring / Field data analysis).
• Corrective Maintenance: (shutdown maintenance). 

Rotary Equipment

It Involves Overhauling of gas turbine & steam turbines, Overhauling of high speed centrifugal and reciprocating compressors and pumps, Rotors replacement, balancing and casing repair. 

Stationary Equipment

It involves Repair of high pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, repairs and box up for leak fixation, welding of materials (steels, high grade alloys), Refractory installation and repair in direct fired equipment (reformers, boilers). 

Inspection & Reliability Assessment

Our inspection team has considerable expertise with usage of all the modern tools for reliable inspection of Reactors, Columns, Vessels, Exchangers, Boilers, Tanks and critical HP Loop equipment.
