And regular reviews of the company’s quality management system by top management are considered the key to continuous improvements in the quality of everything Al-Haisam group undertakes.

All business lines and service departments are fed with objective of imparting quality as an integral part of all project planning. The exact requirements of a client are always catered at the start of a project and his feedback on the final product obtained on completion. Every feedback is analyzed by the Quality Assurance Department and the feedback is used to improve the effectiveness of the company’s quality management system.

While adhering to the component of quality assurance emphasis is placed on the inhibition of problems rather than dependence on the detection of errors or non-conformances.

QA Procedures

Right from the tendering down to the project execution, central procurement, subcontracts administration, man hours, cost control and document control, quality assurance procedures are followed to the minutest details.

Workforce at Al-Haisam Group of companies is completely equipped and trained to apply quality procedures depending upon the demand of the areas of work. Necessary training is arranged for new inductions at initial level to integrating their skills for better understanding of Al-Haisam Group’s corporate culture essential for effectiveness of job.

Internal Quality Audit

Always maintained to measure the level of penetration and implementation of quality assurance procedures, twice a year. Previous internal audit by the senior management is used as yardstick and provides basis for next internal audit.

Each business line and service department has its own set of specific measurable quality objectives, which are revised as necessary in light of the company’s future plans and the markets it serves.
